OK, now moving on to more serious slot car racing. Not too long after you get hooked on racing slot cars (and you will), you realize you need to have a faster car. So you add silver pickups and brushes that give an increase in speed. However, you still want more speed. You do some research on fast slot cars, and find one you like, and you buy it. It's fun for awhile, but your need for speed has to be quenched. The answer my friend, is more voltage. Oh yeah, that's right, high voltage!
